Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of engineering initiatives for UK market expansion.
- Translate UK business and regulatory requirements into system designs.

- Ensure platform compliance with data handling and operational requirements.

- Manage safe and controlled production releases for expansion systems.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering experience with backend or distributed systems.
- Proven experience leading technical delivery of complex systems.
- Ability to design scalable system architecture across multiple services.
- Strong understanding of APIs and distributed system principles.
- Experience with multi-region or internationalized systems is a plus.
- Hands-on engineering capability and willingness to contribute to code.
- Strong judgment on architecture trade-offs and delivery risks.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills for aligning technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure during production issues.
