Responsibilities
- Lead technical delivery and onboarding of Celonis for enterprise customers.
- Analyze customer architectures, recommend solutions, and facilitate deployments within technical constraints.
- Establish real-time data integrations between customer systems and Celonis using APIs and internal tools.
- Translate customer technical requirements into successful deployments on client infrastructure and integrations with source systems.
- Advise customers on authentication, user and group management, provisioning, and adoption best practices.
- Identify technical risks and tradeoffs, remove deployment obstacles, and collaborate with product development on reusable platform enhancements.
Requirements
- At least five years of professional experience, including at least three years deploying and managing containerized applications on Kubernetes.
- Advanced knowledge of at least one Kubernetes distribution, such as Amazon EKS, Azure AKS, or Red Hat OpenShift.
- Eligibility for UK Security Check (SC) clearance is required; existing clearance is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of deploying, scaling, and maintaining highly available, secure, and resilient Kubernetes applications.
- Required experience implementing infrastructure as code with tools such as Terraform; Helm or Kustomize experience is preferred.
- Experience with Argo CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Ansible, or at least one major cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is advantageous.
- Experience with REST or SOAP API management, data ingestion and streaming such as Kafka, SSO, LDAP, and IT security.
- Experience with Python, SQL, data pipelines, and ETL processes for large data volumes is advantageous.
- Knowledge of enterprise application security and compliance, project management experience, and a strong customer-centric approach.
- Ability to conduct deep technical discussions and communicate technical concepts clearly to broader audiences.
