Responsibilities
- Act as the key technical stakeholder for successful technical delivery and onboarding of Celonis for enterprise clients.
- Lead technical discussions to analyze customer architecture and recommend optimal solutions.
- Remove technical obstacles to maximize Celonis user adoption.
- Promote reusability by collaborating with product development on customer solutions and platform enhancements.
- Establish real-time data integrations between customer systems and Celonis.
- Guide customers on authentication, user/group management, and provisioning best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience, with at least 3 years in deploying and managing containerized applications on Kubernetes.
- Advanced knowledge of at least one specific Kubernetes distribution (e.g., Amazon EKS, Azure AKS).
- Eligibility for UK Security Check (SC) clearance is required; existing clearance is a strong advantage.
- Understanding of best practices in deploying and maintaining secure and resilient containerized applications.
- Experience implementing infrastructure as code (IaC) with tools like Terraform; Helm or Kustomize experience is preferred.
- Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- Interest in modern tech stacks and methods like REST/SOAP API-Management and Agile.
- Experience with Python, SQL, data pipelines, and ETL processes is a plus.
- Knowledge of security and compliance topics for enterprise applications.
