Base Salary
$180k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Improve agent output and content quality across social channels and article writing.
- Design evaluation systems that make AI quality measurable and actionable.
- Improve search engine optimization and generative engine optimization performance.
- Build feedback loops that help agents learn from real-world outcomes and performance signals.
- Own AI infrastructure, agent architecture, model strategy, and supporting data pipelines.
- Help hire and lead the AI team as the organization grows.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience building production machine learning or AI systems.
- Recent hands-on experience shipping LLM products or agents.
- Experience designing evaluation systems and learning from outcome signals at scale, particularly in search, ranking, or recommendations.
- Strong TypeScript, including Next.js, and Python skills for end-to-end products, data analysis, evaluation, and model work.
- Strong judgment about output quality and the ability to make it measurable and actionable.
- Experience taking ownership in a startup or small-team environment.
- Experience with search, algorithms, reinforcement learning, or marketing technology is relevant.
