Base Salary
$150k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Shape the architecture and evolve the current product into reliable, scalable infrastructure designed to support a million users.
- Build and operate the agent runtime, including orchestration, memory, verification, and tools.
- Own projects end to end across backend, infrastructure, frontend, and agent systems.
- Set technical standards, select the engineering stack, and establish engineering practices as the team grows.
- Ship weekly product improvements to real business users.
- Make technical decisions in a small team and explain complex decisions clearly.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience shipping production software, or an equivalent track record as a founder or independent builder.
- Experience building and operating production LLM or AI agent systems relied upon by real users.
- Full-stack range across backend, infrastructure, and user interfaces, with the ability to take work from idea to production.
- Experience as a founder, early hire, or technical lead making technical decisions in a small team is preferred.
- Strong generalist engineering skills and familiarity with agent orchestration, memory, evaluation, verification, or multi-agent workflows.
- Ability to deliver reliably at a fast pace.
