Responsibilities

  • Design and develop advanced data solutions that transform raw data into actionable insights.
  • Apply statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to support data-driven decisions.
  • Conduct exploratory and descriptive analysis for complex business problems.
  • Create data visualizations that inform strategic decisions and improve client understanding.
  • Build full-stack GenAI agent products with React/TypeScript front ends and Python/FastAPI back ends.
  • Architect and implement LLM-powered agent workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand needs and deliver tailored data solutions.
  • Apply coding standards, code review, and CI/CD practices in software engineering work.
  • Use SQL/NoSQL, data modeling, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms to process and analyze data.
  • Mentor junior team members and build meaningful client relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • At least 4 years of experience required.
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required.
  • Preferred fields of study include Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, and Software Engineering.
  • Experience or proficiency with React, TypeScript, Python, FastAPI, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, React Native, SQL/NoSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, AWS, and GCP is preferred.
  • Strong client relationship building, critical thinking, problem-solving, coding standards, and code review capabilities are preferred.
