Base Salary
$128k - $173k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and enhance core services supporting customer intake, screening, and data dissemination.
- Develop production-grade React applications and performant microservices across the full application stack.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and architectural issues in high-throughput, low-latency systems.
- Own implementation end to end and propose data-driven solutions that operate effectively at scale.
- Collaborate in a fast-paced, highly technical environment.
- Lead and mentor developers and engineers while delivering high-quality software solutions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of full stack development experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on React development experience.
- Strong Java-based web development and distributed-systems experience.
- Production experience with React components, routing, state management, APIs, and optimization.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools for design, implementation, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Solid understanding of application architecture and modern design patterns.
- Proficiency with Git, branching strategies, code reviews, and CI/CD.
- Experience leading engineering teams or mentoring developers.
- Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Preferred: experience integrating with AWS SDKs such as S3, developing scalable RESTful services in cloud environments, understanding Section 508 accessibility standards and testing tools, and familiarity with modern UI/UX principles.
- US citizenship is required.
