Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Architect autonomous and semi-autonomous agent systems for multi-step business processes across enterprise systems.
- Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Product, leadership, data teams, platform teams, and engineers to identify and deliver scalable AI solutions.
- Select and implement AI models, tools, frameworks, and SDKs across open-source and Microsoft AI ecosystems.
- Design human-in-the-loop systems and technical guardrails for reliable and safe agent operation.
- Oversee AI deployments from proof of concept through production integration with internal APIs and databases.
- Mentor engineers on LLM orchestration, RAG, and agentic reasoning best practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software development experience, including at least four years focused on AI, machine learning, and large language models.
- Hands-on experience building with LangChain, LangGraph, or Semantic Kernel.
- Experience with Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Search, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and related Microsoft AI technologies.
- Expert-level Python skills for scalable, highly concurrent, maintainable enterprise backends.
- Comfort with frontend development using React or a similar technology.
- Experience designing RESTful APIs and integrating AI agents with ERPs, CRMs, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Ability to select among RAG, fine-tuning, and prompt engineering based on the business problem.
- Ability to communicate complex AI logic and agentic workflows to non-technical stakeholders.
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a closely related field.
- Preferred: experience with vector stores, persistent agent memory and state management, LLMOps monitoring pipelines, Chainlit or Streamlit, prompt-injection mitigation, and secure GenAI data handling.
