Responsibilities

Design and implement API-based integrations between Enterprise Bot’s platform and enterprise systems.
Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven workflows.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and client technical teams to understand requirements and deliver integration solutions.
Integrate with CRM systems, contact center platforms, ITSM tools, and other enterprise applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across APIs, services, and distributed systems.
Document integration workflows, technical specifications, and implementation guidelines.
Track and communicate technical deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
Improve integration frameworks, best practices, and technical standards.

At least 6 years of experience in API integrations, backend development, or system integration projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and data exchange formats.
Experience with OAuth2, JWT, and token-based authentication.
Experience building integrations with webhooks, APIs, and asynchronous workflows.
Hands-on experience with Node.js, JavaScript, Python, or similar backend technologies.
Experience integrating enterprise systems such as CRM, contact center, or ITSM platforms.
Strong analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work in enterprise technical environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Genesys, ServiceNow, or similar enterprise platforms is preferred.
Familiarity with integration platforms, middleware, or automation tools is preferred.
Exposure to cloud environments and microservices architectures is preferred.
Prior B2B SaaS or AI-automation experience is a strong plus.
