Responsibilities

Audit workflows across portfolio companies and identify automation opportunities.
Map processes, interview stakeholders, and diagnose root causes before implementation.
Build and deploy automation across operations, sales, customer support, reporting, and internal tooling.
Own scoping, building, shipping, measuring, and iterating on automation solutions.
Work with company leadership to prioritize initiatives and communicate return on investment.
Operate across multiple portfolio companies and develop a repeatable automation playbook.

Proven experience automating real business workflows that were shipped and adopted.
Fluency with Make, Zapier, n8n, custom code, and AI agents, including selecting the appropriate approach.
Strong technical foundation and ability to build production-quality solutions rather than prototypes.
Exceptional problem-framing and process-diagnosis skills.
Comfort working with ambiguity and unclear business problems.
Strong communication skills for explaining solutions, rationale, and value to non-technical leadership.
Self-directed approach and ability to move quickly while improving existing systems.

Remote, full-time role based in the United Kingdom.
