- Lead architecture reviews and technical workshops with technical, business, security, compliance, operations, and partner stakeholders.
- Establish reusable API, service communication, event-driven integration, data access, observability, and cloud infrastructure patterns.
- Set standards for REST and gRPC APIs, service contracts, versioning, compatibility, security, and integration patterns.
- Design secure, scalable, highly available, and resilient systems for fleet management and mobility payments.
- Drive security-by-design, threat modeling, authorization, data protection, auditability, and payment compliance practices.
- Define SLI, SLO, operational readiness, observability, chaos testing, and resilience standards.
- Create reusable CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code patterns, including Helm charts, Argo workflows, Terraform modules, and secure cloud templates.
- Set organization-wide expectations for code quality, testing, maintainability, and production behavior.
- Code selectively in foundational or technically challenging components and validate architecture through prototypes and technical spikes.
- Lead complex incident resolution, corrective actions, reliability improvements, and cross-service debugging.
- Build self-service tools, dashboards, and automation for engineering, support, and operations teams.
- Shape cross-team roadmaps by identifying dependencies, risks, architectural constraints, and technical debt.
- Mentor senior engineers and promote inclusive, thoughtful technical decision-making.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and develop responsible AI solutions, including agents, orchestration, memory, evaluation, safety controls, and production integrations.
- Maintain architecture documentation, design records, reference implementations, runbooks, corrective-action documents, and operational-readiness plans.
