Base Salary
$87k - $165k/yr
Responsibilities
- Support requirements, design, development, testing, validation, and maintenance across the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams to define, integrate, and implement radar software features.
- Troubleshoot, debug, optimize, and validate complex radar software for performance and efficiency.
- Develop radar signal-processing, scene-modeling, simulation, and real-time software capabilities.
- Write and maintain software architecture, design, and application documentation.
- Participate in product reviews and follow engineering standards and practices.
- Serve in part-time or full-time technical leadership roles and occasionally travel.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in a STEM field and at least 5 years of prior relevant experience.
- C++ development experience on a Linux or Unix-based platform.
- Experience with radar systems and signal processing, digital signal processing, RF systems, radar modeling, or electronic attack and electronic protection concepts.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued interim Secret security clearance before starting; U.S. citizenship is required.
- Preferred qualifications include an active Secret clearance, MATLAB development experience, MDA X-Band Radar experience, radar simulation and signal-processing software experience, real-time software development, parallel programming, hardware acceleration, and performance analysis or profiling experience.
- Experience as a Scrum Master or Product Owner is preferred.
