Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of technology initiatives aligned with business requirements and strategic goals.
- Build rapid prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and minimum viable products using emerging AI models and frameworks.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, developers, analysts, and technology vendors to define requirements and technical specifications.
- Create high-level and detailed architecture designs covering performance, security, integration, and user experience.
- Design and implement multi-agent orchestration, function calling, tool use, long-term memory management, and guardrails.
- Evaluate technologies and contribute to architecture standards, guidelines, documentation, and roadmaps.
- Support estimation of project timelines, resources, budgets, and architecture and development efforts.
- Provide technology guidance and thought leadership across global business and digital initiatives.
Requirements
- 8–14 years of total software engineering experience, including at least 3 years in technical leadership or architectural design.
- Experience designing and deploying secure, highly available, performant solutions for large transaction-volume environments.
- Hands-on coding expertise with GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar AI-assisted coding tools.
- Proficiency with integration technologies and protocols including APIs, REST, and HTTPS.
- Expertise in AI/ML algorithms, enterprise-scale applications, SaaS AI platforms, and enterprise system integrations.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini Enterprise, Google Vertex AI, Claude, Microsoft, Workday, or SAP integrations.
- Advanced architectural expertise in Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform, including Kubernetes or managed Kubernetes services, serverless computing, IAM, networks, and secure storage.
- 2–4 years of experience in the CPG or retail domain.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, negotiation, influencing, and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization and influence without formal authority.
- AI certifications such as Azure AI Engineer, Google ML Engineer, or TOGAF are preferred.
