Responsibilities
- Implement client-specific product customizations using extension points and configuration layers.
- Build integrations with identity providers, data warehouses, third-party APIs, and internal services.
- Develop deployment scripts, configuration manifests, and migration utilities.
- Diagnose and resolve production issues during go-live and hyper-care periods.
- Pair with engagement developers to onboard them to the product and transfer operational knowledge.
- Document reusable customization patterns for future team members.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience building and shipping production software across at least two distinct technology stacks.
- Fluency in at least two of Java/Spring, Python with FastAPI or Django, Node.js, .NET, and Go.
- Competence in at least one modern front-end framework: React, Angular, or Vue.
- Experience with relational databases and at least one NoSQL data store, including performant query writing.
- Experience designing and consuming REST and GraphQL APIs, including authentication, pagination, error semantics, and versioning.
- Familiarity with Git-based workflows, code reviews, and software testing.
- Preferred experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and a major cloud platform.
- Preferred exposure to event-driven architectures such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or cloud-native equivalents.
- Mobile development experience with iOS, Android, or React Native is preferred.
- Prior client-facing engineering experience in consulting or systems integration is preferred.
