Responsibilities
- Act as an embedded technical owner for Health Cloud, translating business needs into working solutions.
- Design, implement, and optimize complex automations for Health Cloud objects.
- Manage external integrations and ensure compliance on all feature releases.
- Drive user adoption and expertise through peer demos and office hours.
- Ensure network data quality through governance reports and regular audits.
- Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and data dictionaries.
Requirements
- Certified Salesforce Administrator with a minimum of 5 years’ experience.
- At least 2 years’ experience with Data Cloud.
- At least 2 years’ experience with Health Cloud.
- Proven experience running projects end to end from requirements gathering to implementation.
- Hands-on expertise in advanced automation and process design.
- Ability to create clear documentation of business processes.
- Strong governance mindset with knowledge of data modeling and integrations.
- Health Cloud Accredited Professional or Consultant certification preferred.
- Experience in medical or insurance-related industries with HIPAA compliance preferred.
