Base Salary
$205k - $275k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with AI scientists, engineers, and drug discovery experts to develop AI models for therapeutic discovery and development.
- Translate research ideas into robust, scalable, production-ready AI and machine learning systems.
- Implement, scale, and deploy AI models in production environments.
- Apply deep learning techniques to challenges in protein, antibody, and drug discovery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years of industry experience in AI, machine learning, or related roles.
- Track record of implementing, scaling, and deploying AI models in production environments.
- Expertise with modern deep learning toolchains and large-scale model training.
- Strong understanding of deep learning fundamentals.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Publication record at conferences such as NeurIPS, ICML, or ICLR is preferred, while demonstrated industry impact is prioritized.
- Advanced degree is preferred.
