Staff DevOps Engineer
Renesas ElectronicsResponsibilities
- Build and continuously optimize CI/CD processes and automate server provisioning and application deployments.
- Architect, deploy, monitor, and scale resilient cloud-native services and infrastructure across regions.
- Create automation tools using Go, Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
- Monitor Kubernetes clusters, application performance, services, and AWS infrastructure.
- Collaborate with software development departments, plan and document projects, and participate in strategic planning.
- Mentor team members and drive knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in a DevOps or SRE environment.
- 6+ years of experience working with Linux and Windows systems.
- Strong understanding of Kubernetes and AWS cloud infrastructure components.
- Working knowledge of Jenkins, GitLab, or alternative CI systems.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure as code, with Terraform preferred.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and microservice architecture.
- Experience monitoring Kubernetes clusters, APM, services, and AWS infrastructure with tools such as New Relic and Prometheus.
- Ability to create automation tools in Go, Python, Bash, and PowerShell, plus general coding experience.
- Familiarity with continuous delivery tools used with microservices.
