Responsibilities

Act as a Subject Matter Expert on Stripe's Radar product suite to accelerate opportunities globally.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of trends in the fraud and risk management ecosystem.
Develop expertise in deploying advanced fraud systems and rule management.
Understand the ecosystem of risk and identity integrations for user success.
Define and share best practices with the broader GTM organization.
Create reference architectures to enhance team capabilities.
Partner with the Radar product sales team on complex customer opportunities.
Serve as the 'Voice of the Customer' to drive product prioritization.
Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues.
Support customers with account or deal strategy and technical questions.
Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
Support marketing events and user engagement activities.

7+ years of experience in a pre-sales, technical consulting, or risk strategy role focused on e-commerce fraud prevention.
Deep working knowledge of the fraud and risk ecosystem.
Demonstrated knowledge of risk management architectures.
Strong knowledge of signals and data used in fraud detection.
Strong knowledge of software engineering and architecture patterns.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Interest in solving business problems with technology and creativity.
Proven ability to build collaborative working relationships.
Ability to thrive in an unstructured, fast-moving environment.
