Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Management and stakeholders to understand customer challenges and design viable software solutions.
- Recommend process, technology, and interface improvements that increase team effectiveness and reduce technical debt.
- Design, develop, and implement scalable, high-volume software systems, components, client-facing web applications, and Internet-oriented applications.
- Contribute to product and solution designs, technical architecture, story sizing, backlog grooming, and release planning.
- Write software and automated tests, troubleshoot issues, and support, monitor, and maintain deployed products.
- Provide technical guidance and oversight to less-experienced software engineers.
- Establish and enforce standards and procedures across the technology service and development lifecycles.
- Manage application enhancements, cloud-hosted applications, systems integration, testing, and relational-database work.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science or a related field and four years of experience in software design, coding, testing, correction, and documentation.
- At least four years of experience designing, developing, and implementing highly scalable, high-volume software systems and components, client-facing web applications, and major Internet-oriented applications and systems.
- Alternatively, a master’s or foreign equivalent degree with two years of stated experience, or a Ph.D. or foreign equivalent degree with experience or graduate-level coursework as stated.
- Experience or graduate-level coursework in technical strategy and standards, code and colleague reviews, systems integration and testing, application enhancements, application creation and support, modern cloud providers, application development practices, data analysis, SQL, and relational databases.
- Experience may be acquired concurrently.

- Base salary is listed separately as $151,439–$174,387, with possible additional incentive compensation.
