Base Salary

$148k - $175k/yr

Responsibilities

Collaborate with software engineers to understand product requirements and contribute to design reviews.
Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for functional, security, and performance scenarios.
Write and maintain automated test cases using Python or Go.
Conduct performance and scalability testing to identify bottlenecks.
Perform security-focused testing, including validation of network configurations.
Assist in troubleshooting complex networking and cloud infrastructure issues.
Leverage AI tools to accelerate test script development and log analysis.
Maintain organized testing documentation and defect tracking records.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in software quality engineering or a related technical role.
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals like TCP/IP and routing protocols.
Hands-on experience with at least one major public cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI).
Proficiency in Python or Go for test automation.
Familiarity with Linux environments and command-line tools.
Ability to work collaboratively across engineering teams with moderate supervision.
