Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and build developer platforms and automation services.
- Architect and implement high-availability solutions.
- Develop services, frameworks, and automation tooling in Python, Go, or Rust.
- Extend and optimize CI frameworks for distributed build/test environments.
- Apply strong Linux/Unix fundamentals to design resilient systems.
- Embed security into CI/CD systems by design.
- Drive capacity planning and system optimization.
- Perform risk analysis and mitigation through vulnerability assessments.
- Build observability and debugging tools for troubleshooting.
- Standardize monitoring, logging, and incident management practices.
- Collaborate closely with developers to integrate CI/CD systems.
- Participate in on-call rotation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with scalable architectures.
- Deep expertise with CI/CD platforms and automation practices.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages like Python or Rust.
- Strong Linux/Unix fundamentals including troubleshooting and performance tuning.
- Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies.
- Proven background in observability and integrating monitoring into CI/CD pipelines.
- Bonus: Experience with build systems, cloud platforms, or open-source contributions.
