Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable developer platforms and automated services using Python, Go, or Rust.
- Extend and optimize distributed build and test frameworks such as Jenkins to remove delivery bottlenecks.
- Build observability and incident-management tools for metrics, logs, traces, monitoring, and root-cause analysis.
- Embed access controls, patch automation, and vulnerability assessments into CI/CD systems.
- Partner with engineering teams, drive tool adoption, lead incident postmortems, and influence engineering best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience designing scalable backend architectures and building developer tooling, frameworks, or services with Python, Go, or Rust.
- Strong Linux/Unix fundamentals and hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration infrastructure.
- Extensive experience managing large-scale CI/CD platforms and integrating monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
- Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and ownership skills.
