Responsibilities
- Understand client and product requirements, analyze system flows and data usage, and convert requirements into feasible software designs.
- Develop, modify, maintain, and optimize software modules and applications.
- Automate software validation, design and execute test cases, identify defects, and ensure code is error-free.
- Perform root-cause analysis, troubleshoot system issues, improve system performance, and support software installation or upgrades.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, code comments, and project status updates.
- Coordinate with clients, project managers, functional teams, systems analysts, engineering staff, and other stakeholders.
- Capture client clarifications, respond to customer requests, gather feedback, and support on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in continuing education, training, and certifications to maintain current programming and software-development skills.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, MIS reporting, and adherence to release schedules.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory experience with Salesforce Lightning Components.
- Ability to analyze requirements, design software solutions, write code, test applications, troubleshoot defects, and improve performance.
- Ability to document technical solutions and communicate project status, requirements, risks, and results clearly.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, project managers, functional teams, systems analysts, and engineering staff.
- Commitment to quality assurance, customer focus, timely delivery, and ongoing skills development.
