Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of enterprise platforms and services with a focus on reliability and security.
- Drive infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD practices across the Enterprise Engineering team.
- Architect and automate employee lifecycle workflows and policy enforcement across core systems.
- Establish and measure service level objectives for internal services and participate in incident response.
- Partner with various departments to implement SaaS governance and risk controls.
- Lead cross-functional technical initiatives and mentor engineers on best practices.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience leading large engineering projects with measurable improvements.
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD tools like Terraform.
- Strong background in identity and access management concepts and integrations.
- Proficiency in building automations and internal tooling that integrate with APIs.
- Operational excellence in defining SLOs and contributing to incident response.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to influence across multiple departments.
- Willingness to work from or relocate to New York City or Pittsburgh.
