Base Salary
$245k - $290k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and evolution of large, distributed systems.
- Own high-leverage technical problems from inception to production.
- Act as the technical lead for major initiatives across multiple teams.
- Balance urgency and technical excellence in decision-making.
- Raise the engineering bar through mentorship and design reviews.
- Partner with leadership to identify high-impact investments for scaling.
Requirements
- 8+ years of full-time software engineering experience.
- Proven track record of leading large technical initiatives.
- Experience designing and evolving distributed systems at scale.
- Strong foundation in backend and frontend development.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and define complex problems.
- Demonstrated ability to influence architecture across multiple teams.
