Base Salary
$150k - $280k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own customer engagements from pilot through production launch and design deployments that fit customer workflows.
- Build AI agents and novel workflows on Serval’s platform.
- Advise customers on AI strategy, adoption, and scaling.
- Lead migration plans and execute migrations with minimal disruption.
- Read and troubleshoot production code, analyze code paths and database state, and inspect API requests and responses using infrastructure and browser tools.
- Partner with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to turn field learnings into repeatable processes and improved go-to-market execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in a relevant role such as product, engineering, consulting, or founding a company.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Hands-on technical ability in customer-facing production environments.
- Working knowledge of APIs, REST, IAM, and SQL for data analysis.
