Base Salary
$130k - $140k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical authority and Lead System Architect for enterprise Pega implementations.
- Lead application architecture, solution design, integrations, deployment planning, performance optimization, and infrastructure alignment.
- Gather and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Establish development standards, coding practices, and Pega guardrails, and conduct architecture, design, and code reviews.
- Coordinate Pega vendor service requests, manage platform defects, and resolve complex production issues.
- Drive remediation of Section 508 accessibility issues and support compliance with security, accessibility, and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor junior developers, Senior System Architects, and development teams on Pega best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions within project timelines.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in IT architecture, solution design, or enterprise application development.
- Current Pega Lead System Architect certification is required.
- Extensive experience with Pega Infinity Platform and Pega Platform Version 8.x.
- Experience with the Constellation UX Design System.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, system integrations, networking concepts, and security frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and managing large-scale application development initiatives.
- Experience conducting design reviews, code reviews, and solution governance activities.
- Preferred qualifications include Pega eForms, PDF generation, document automation, content generation, accessibility and Section 508 compliance, and experience in government, regulated, or large enterprise environments.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; a master's degree is also preferred.
