Responsibilities
- Lead and execute 0-to-1 initiatives in AI and other cutting-edge domains.
- Translate high-level strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps.
- Drive rapid implementation from prototype to production.
- Architect scalable solutions and lead critical milestones.
- Help position the new department for rapid growth and potential institutional backing or spin-off.
Requirements
- Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocation or remote arrangements.
- Have a high-agency builder mindset and proven domain expertise.
- Demonstrate the drive to take extreme end-to-end ownership.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
