Responsibilities
- Lead and execute core 0-to-1 fintech initiatives.
- Translate strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps.
- Architect scalable solutions and drive implementation from prototype to production.
- Own critical milestones supporting rapid growth and a potential institutional-backed spin-off.
- Collaborate with engineers, researchers, commercial leaders, and the department founder.
Requirements
- Proven domain expertise in data engineering or a related area.
- High-agency builder mindset and demonstrated end-to-end ownership.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Based in Europe or the Americas, or open to relocation or remote arrangements.
