Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of modern, responsive, scalable web applications across platforms.
- Own front-end architecture, reusable component libraries, and enterprise UI standards.
- Develop accessible, performant user interfaces using React, Angular, Next.js, and similar frameworks.
- Design and implement backend services and APIs using Node.js, .NET, Java, or Python.
- Mentor development teams on architecture, coding practices, and technical decisions.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, UX designers, architects, and engineering teams on business solutions.
- Drive code reviews, engineering standards, quality governance, compliance, and security.
- Lead cloud-native deployments using CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of software engineering experience with strong front-end specialization and demonstrated technical leadership.
- Expertise in React, Angular, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong knowledge of responsive design, WCAG accessibility standards, and front-end performance optimization.
- Backend development expertise with Node.js, .NET, Java, or Python.
- Experience developing REST and GraphQL APIs.
- Cloud platform experience, preferably Azure, with AWS or GCP acceptable.
- Experience configuring CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, SQL databases, and NoSQL databases.
- Preferred experience includes reusable component libraries, enterprise design systems, Micro Frontend Architecture, SSR, SSG, GenAI, agentic AI platforms, AI-powered applications, AI-assisted development tools, event-driven architectures, message queues, observability, enterprise SaaS, and relevant development, cloud, Kubernetes, or AI/ML certifications.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline is listed as a desired qualification.
