Responsibilities

- Raise software quality through code reviews and engineering standards.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to automate best practices.
- Integrate with enterprise identity systems and design authorization models.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software or platform engineering experience.
- Strong software engineering and system design skills.
- Proven track record of improving code quality and maintainability.
- Experience with CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and cloud services.
- Hands-on experience in design reviews and code remediation.
- Strong initiative and judgment in ambiguous environments.
- Fluent English language skills are required.
