Responsibilities
- Develop deep technical expertise and investigate complex escalations.
- Lead high-stakes technical calls and drive solutions for critical customer challenges.
- Run engaging office hours and mentor the Global Support Engineering team.
- Own deep-dive investigations across distributed tracing and service dependencies.
- Partner with Engineering and Product to validate backend behavior and identify gaps.
- Build reusable tooling and troubleshooting documentation for APM supportability.
- Lead global enablement efforts to raise APM fluency across Solutions.
