Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Architect and build core backend systems using Python, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
- Design and maintain scalable data infrastructure for multi-modal datasets.
- Integrate AI models into production workflows for real-time applications.
- Develop robust APIs and internal services to ensure product reliability.
- Collaborate with users to gather feedback and iterate on solutions.
- Shape the engineering culture and standards as one of the first engineers.
Requirements
- 2–10+ years of experience building and scaling production backend systems.
- Strong understanding of backend fundamentals and distributed systems.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, containerization, and CI/CD.
- Ability to work comfortably with ambiguity and make informed decisions.
- Genuine excitement for rapid development and shipping products.
- Desire to grow into a leadership role as the company scales.
