- Work closely with Product Managers to prioritize requirements.
- Partner with Engineering to validate technical designs.
- Provide feedback loops from the field back into the product.
- Guide project teams during implementation as the design authority.
- Review technical configurations to ensure adherence to architecture.
- Help define standards and reusable assets for future projects.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in a relevant role within a SaaS environment.
- Strong experience with integration-heavy solutions involving APIs and data pipelines.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Background in social media or digital marketing platforms is a plus.
- Proven track record bridging business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Solid understanding of modern web and SaaS architectures.
- Ability to read API documentation and specify integration patterns.
- Comfort discussing technical topics with engineers.
- Familiarity with data concepts and how social data integrates into customer ecosystems.
- Strong ability to translate technical possibilities into business impacts.
- User and value-oriented mindset focused on measuring success.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with evolving requirements.
- Demonstrated desire to help customers meet their needs.
