Responsibilities
- Design and develop customized solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components or Aura components.
- Lead technical design discussions and provide best practices for scalable Salesforce architecture.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
- Perform code reviews, optimize performance, and enforce coding standards.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and bugs.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong expertise in Apex, triggers, Lightning Web Components, Aura, SOQL, SOSL, and Visualforce.
- Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations and middleware tools.
- Understanding of the Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules.
- Experience with version control tools such as Git.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred Salesforce Platform Developer I or II and Salesforce App Builder certifications.
- Preferred experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, MuleSoft, Agile methodologies, JavaScript frameworks, and modern UI development.
