Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, development, testing, and delivery.
- Establish development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, and performance.
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for data warehouse ETL workflows.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.
- Conduct performance testing and optimize ETL jobs.
- Act as a subject matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Drive continuous improvement, mentor junior team members, and coordinate technical and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Data Warehouse ETL Testing.
- Strong knowledge of data integration techniques and ETL processes in data warehousing environments.
- Experience designing and executing test plans and test cases for ETL workflows.
- Ability to analyze complex datasets and validate data accuracy.
- Familiarity with ETL performance testing and optimization.
- Skill with testing tools and frameworks relevant to data warehouse environments.
- 15 years of full-time education.
