Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of continuous testing processes to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Design and implement end-to-end testing strategies using automation frameworks and quality engineering principles.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and manage the team’s testing activities and decisions.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and coordinate cross-functional testing objectives.
- Analyze complex systems and develop innovative testing solutions.
- Mentor and support team members to improve their skills and overall team performance.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Customer Service Management, CSM Testing, ATF, and integration testing.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and quality engineering principles.
- Experience designing and implementing end-to-end testing strategies.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop innovative testing solutions.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in quality assurance processes.
- 15 years of full-time education.
