Base Salary
$121k - $132k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and guide deployment of Agentic AI solutions for enterprise customers, particularly Office of Finance use cases.
- Translate business, data, process, security, and control requirements into scalable AI/ML architectures and implementation plans.
- Prototype and implement AI agents and agentic workflows integrating LLMs, enterprise data, APIs, tools, applications, and automation platforms.
- Integrate solutions with Alteryx Designer, Server, Alteryx One, cloud data platforms, AI/ML services, and enterprise systems of record.
- Establish production-ready patterns for human-in-the-loop controls, access management, evaluation, observability, auditability, reliability, and responsible AI governance.
- Guide customer solutions from discovery and proof of concept through production, operationalization, and adoption.
- Partner with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, and customer stakeholders to shape opportunities and connect technical solutions to business outcomes.
- Create customer-facing architecture documentation, implementation guidance, reusable solution patterns, and technical enablement materials.
- Contribute to Agentic AI standards, delivery practices, and accelerators across Professional Services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Architect, AI/ML Architect, Consultant, Technical Account Manager, or Presales Engineer.
- At least 3 years of experience in enterprise AI/ML architecture focused on Agentic AI development and deployment.
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing enterprise AI, data, analytics, or automation solutions and moving them into production.
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
- Hands-on experience with AI agents, agent orchestration, tool use, LLMs, RAG, API-based integrations, AI governance, security, evaluation, observability, and model and prompt lifecycle management.
- Strong working knowledge of Alteryx Designer, Server, and Alteryx One is preferred; comparable enterprise analytics platform experience may also be considered.
- Experience with Office of Finance, accounting, banking, SOX-compliant environments, financial services, or other regulated-business use cases is preferred.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise data platforms and cloud ecosystems such as GCP, AWS, Azure, Snowflake, or Databricks.
- Working knowledge of modern software and data engineering practices, Python or similar languages, version control, and cloud-native deployment patterns.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills across technical and business audiences.
- Ability to travel up to 20%.
