Responsibilities
- Lead commercial customer engagements involving Agentic AI, AI application platforms, technical strategy, solution adoption, and digital transformation.
- Conduct technical workshops, live demonstrations, architectural whiteboarding, rapid prototyping, hands-on proof-of-concepts, and pilot deployments.
- Design and communicate secure, scalable, and resilient Agentic AI architectures aligned with customer business and enterprise requirements.
- Co-create architectures, validate designs, influence technical decisions, and enable customer commitment to deployment.
- Advise developers, architects, engineering leaders, and business stakeholders throughout the customer journey.
- Drive adoption of Microsoft AI services by addressing technical blockers and demonstrating business value.
- Collaborate with product engineering, customer success, partner teams, and solution specialists on end-to-end AI transformation outcomes.
- Guide application modernization, cloud-native development, and AI-powered application architecture discussions.
- Share technical best practices, reusable architectures, reference implementations, and customer success patterns.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field plus 4+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience, or bachelor's degree in a related field plus 6+ years, or 7+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of technical pre-sales, technical consulting, technology delivery, or related experience is preferred.
- 6+ years of experience with cloud and hybrid or on-premises infrastructure, architecture design, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management is preferred.
- Relevant certifications, such as Office 365, Power BI, Azure Architect and Development, Cloud Platform Technologies, Information Security, or Architecture certifications, are preferred.
- Expertise in full-stack application architecture, modernization, cloud-native development, application platforms, container services, serverless services, integration services, development tools, and programming languages is preferred.
- Expertise in Agent development, Foundry Models including Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, and first-party MaaS, Fabric IQ, Foundry IQ, Foundry Services including AML, and Copilot Studio is preferred.
- Proven ability to lead technical engagements such as prototypes, pilots, and proof-of-concepts that produce production-scale outcomes.
Benefits
- Typical base pay range is CAD $128,000 to CAD $222,400 per year in Canada.
