Responsibilities
- Set the technical direction for Android development in the Ho Chi Minh City hub.
- Integrate the Backbase platform into customer systems and build tailored native Android applications.
- Develop features, innovate, maintain and upgrade applications, and provide on-call support.
- Read and analyze code quickly and deliver efficient, reusable solutions.
- Coach, mentor, train, and advise client-side developers through audits and workshops.
- Present technical concepts clearly and contribute Android best practices.
Requirements
- Developed at least three apps, including at least one available through Google Play.
- Demonstrated expert-level Android mobile development knowledge.
- Strong Kotlin skills and retained proficiency in Java.
- Ability to mentor developers, explain technical concepts clearly, and deliver training or workshops.
- Strong presentation, communication, and practical problem-solving abilities.
