Responsibilities
- Own aspects of stability, scalability, and security as customer onboarding increases.
- Ensure reliable syncing of billions of records into the data platform.
- Contribute to architecture, design decisions, and product quality strategy.
- Engage with customers and the GTM team to address complex problems.
- Mentor junior engineers and elevate engineering standards.
- Take end-to-end ownership of core products.
Requirements
- 4+ years of backend software development experience.
- Strong skills in system architecture, data scale, and application security.
- High ownership mentality with a focus on project outcomes.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and take initiative.
- Customer-focused with a passion for solving user challenges.
- Enjoy mentoring and supporting less experienced team members.
