Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and enhance custom software applications and components.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and manage team performance to meet project requirements.
- Act as a subject-matter expert and make decisions for the team and across projects.
- Provide solutions to technical problems for immediate and cross-functional teams.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and guide team members.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and optimize application performance.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience with Spring Boot.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Experience with Java Enterprise Edition, Python, and AWS is preferred.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and design patterns.
- Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
- Familiarity with MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Proficiency with Git and version control systems.
- Ability to provide technical leadership, make team decisions, and collaborate across multiple teams.
