Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and configuration of software applications using Pega Platform.
- Act as a subject-matter expert and contribute to technical and team decisions.
- Coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders to support integrated solution delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application-related technical issues.
- Oversee implementation of best practices and adherence to quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience with Pega Platform.
- Strong knowledge of application design and configuration in the Pega environment.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex software application issues.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on integrated solutions.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills focused on scalable and maintainable solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
