Responsibilities
- Lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives for the AI Research Lab.
- Translate strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps and drive rapid implementation from prototype to production.
- Architect scalable solutions and drive critical milestones for department growth and potential spin-off creation.
- Take end-to-end ownership of initiatives and collaborate with engineers, researchers, and commercial leaders.
Requirements
- Proven domain expertise in data engineering or a related technical domain.
- A high-agency builder mindset with demonstrated ability to take extreme end-to-end ownership.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Based in Europe or the Americas, or open to relocation or remote arrangements.
