Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native applications using Node.js, React.js, and related frameworks.
- Design and deploy AWS-based solutions using core cloud services and networking.
- Implement infrastructure-as-code with Terraform or AWS CDK, including modules, variables, and state management.
- Build and maintain deployment pipelines and support platform operations.
- Perform Linux-based troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and operational problem solving.
- Implement secure-by-design patterns and participate in compliance and hardening activities.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, cloud engineers, architects, and DevOps teams.
- Obtain and maintain Public Trust eligibility and complete onsite fingerprinting at a designated facility.
Requirements
- At least five years of related AWS cloud computing experience is required.
- Technical training, a certificate, or a degree is required; a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Programming, Computer Engineering, or relevant experience is preferred.
- Seven or more years of total IT experience is preferred.
- Hands-on proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript is required.
- Experience building and maintaining React.js front-end applications is required.
- Strong Linux fundamentals, including navigation, logs, permissions, and troubleshooting, are required.
- Practical experience designing and deploying AWS solutions, including core services and networking, is required.
- Hands-on Terraform or AWS CDK experience is required.
- Familiarity with GitLab, GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline, or Jenkins is required.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and event-driven patterns is required.
- Must be able to explain architectural tradeoffs, troubleshooting steps, and real-world problem solving.
- Must be able to pass a background check for Public Trust and meet the stated US Person requirement.
