Base Salary
$230k - $310k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the technical foundations for AI features.
- Ship production code while maintaining a strategic perspective.
- Elevate engineering quality through code review and mentorship.
- Identify opportunities and misalignments within the engineering roadmap.
- Partner with EM, PM, and cross-functional leads to set the roadmap for AI foundations.
- Build systems that enable faster and higher quality AI feature shipping.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience with at least 1 year in AI generative technologies.
- Experience in developer tooling, orchestration, observability, and ML quality.
- Prompt engineering experience with a deep understanding of LLM capabilities.
- Expertise in architecting and maintaining complex web applications.
- Research-oriented problem-solving approach with comfort in ambiguity.
- Exceptional attention to detail and quality obsession.
- Ability to design systems balancing security, usability, and performance.
- Strong communication skills and experience influencing technical strategy.
