Responsibilities

  • Lead development of Kinaxis Rapid Response supply planning solutions and digital capabilities.
  • Gather requirements and collaborate with IT and business stakeholders on enhancements, upgrades, and deployments.
  • Design and deliver cost-effective, sustainable IT solutions aligned with people, process, technology, and data considerations.
  • Evaluate solution options, influence architecture decisions, and contribute to solution roadmaps and strategies.
  • Resolve bugs and enhancement tickets within SLA guidelines and monitor system availability, performance, accuracy, and reliability.
  • Perform unit and integration testing and assist with user acceptance testing.
  • Provide training on new system capabilities to business stakeholders.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience with advanced planning systems as a developer, analyst, or consultant.
  • Strong understanding of demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning, and S&OP processes.
  • Experience developing, implementing, or supporting supply chain planning solutions, especially Kinaxis Rapid Response.
  • Bachelor’s degree in technical engineering, science, or a related discipline.
  • Experience with supply chain planning algorithms such as Heuristic and Optimizer.
  • Exposure to HCI and CPI data integration technologies with SAP ERP and non-SAP systems.
  • Advanced degree such as an MS or MBA is preferred.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, negotiation, decision-making, planning, analytical, time-management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to define processes, influence solution architecture, balance strategic and tactical priorities, and make decisions under pressure.
