Responsibilities
- Understand business requirements and author technical proposals and system designs.
- Lead the team in achieving business objectives.
- Plan, develop, optimize, and drive adoption of shared technical components.
- Analyze system bottlenecks, resolve complex issues, and perform system performance tuning.
- Explore emerging technologies and approaches to strengthen the company’s technical capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of backend development experience.
- 2+ years of architecture experience in Golang.
- Proficiency in commonly used Golang frameworks, language features, and data structures, including their characteristics and underlying implementation.
- Experience with API development, concurrency principles, and high-concurrency, high-load systems.
- Familiarity with distributed systems and proficiency in mainstream service frameworks and message middleware.
- Strong logical thinking, business comprehension, and coding practices.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes automation or hands-on DevOps implementation is a plus.
