Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Principal Engineers, AI and platform architects, and subject matter experts to define and execute the technical vision for agent-enabled systems.
- Design, build, and operate scalable full-stack applications with Python backends and modern TypeScript frontend frameworks.
- Develop AI and agent workflows involving tool orchestration, context handling, workflow orchestration, and system integration.
- Build and integrate APIs with enterprise systems and external services.
- Apply unit, integration, and end-to-end testing practices to maintain engineering quality.
- Contribute to development standards, reusable components, best practices, and engineering practices.
- Lead CI/CD implementation and manage release pipelines for reliable deployments.
- Implement observability, monitoring, and alerting for production systems.
- Troubleshoot performance, reliability, and integration issues across distributed systems.
- Work with cross-functional teams on security, compliance, and platform alignment.
Requirements
- 12+ years of software engineering experience with strong full-stack delivery ownership.
- Strong Python backend development experience using FastAPI or similar frameworks.
- Experience building AI- and agent-enabled systems, including tool usage, orchestration, and API integration.
- Proficiency in TypeScript-based frontend development using React or other modern frameworks.
- Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing practices.
- Experience contributing to development standards, reusable components, and engineering best practices.
- Experience designing and building agent workflows with tool integration, context handling, workflow orchestration, and system integration.
- Strong understanding of LLM integration patterns, evaluation frameworks, and AI observability tools.
- Interest in emerging AI engineering tools.
- Hands-on experience using coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cline, or equivalent tools.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
