Responsibilities
- Design, build, and evolve cloud-based platform infrastructure and the Internal Developer Platform.
- Automate platform components, application deployments, and recurring operational tasks.
- Implement and improve monitoring, logging, tracing, dashboards, and alerting based on SLOs.
- Maintain platform availability, stability, operational readiness, and compliance with quality and security standards.
- Facilitate blameless postmortems, derive improvement measures, and maintain the operational issues backlog.
- Support onboarding of third-party and SaaS solutions and participate in the team on-call rotation.
- Operate and monitor custom-built and third-party Java applications and transition them from project teams to operations.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar SRE, DevOps, or related position.
- Ability to debug, optimize, and automate routine tasks and deployments.
- Familiarity with setting up and enhancing product monitoring.
- Systematic problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions autonomously.
- Demonstrable Agile mindset and willingness to learn and develop.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
