Responsibilities
- Develop the next-generation mobile test probe for 4G, 5G, and IoT networks.
- Build software that simulates mobile users using voice, SMS, and data services.
- Develop telecom testing applications on Linux primarily in C and C++.
- Help mobile operator customers validate and optimize mobile service performance.
- Work with cellular modems, network signaling, and mobile network technologies.
- Take responsibility for delivering customer value in a small, collaborative development team.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 5 years of professional software development experience, preferably in telecom.
- Strong proficiency in C++, data structures, and multithreaded programming.
- Strong Linux system knowledge.
- Solid understanding of the Radio Access Network layer and signaling between devices and networks.
- Good knowledge of 3G, 4G, IMS/VoLTE, 5G, IoT, SIP, RRC, NAS, and 3GPP-defined network signaling.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and independent-work skills.
- Experience with cellular modems, AT commands, QMI, or modem vendor SDKs is a bonus.
- Experience with Wireshark, QCAT, Lua, Shell, Perl, eUICC/eSIM, GSMA standards, or Android development is a bonus.
