Base Salary
$240k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build systems that enable autonomous operations in healthcare and streamline communication and administrative workflows.
- Work directly with customers to develop and own new product features from design through deployment.
- Improve the scalability and reliability of core infrastructure.
- Propose and implement improvements to architecture and design patterns.
- Collaborate with product and design to turn AI capabilities into user-facing experiences.
- Continuously ship new features and improvements in an environment deploying more than 100 times per day.
- Apply engineering best practices in testing, observability, and continuous integration.
- Balance speed and quality while iterating on production systems.
Requirements
- Startup mindset with ownership, urgency, and pragmatism in building and shipping software.
- Ability to solve complex problems independently with minimal guidance.
- Bias for action and ability to move quickly from idea to implementation.
- Solid understanding of system design and scalable architecture principles.
- At least 1 year of experience with Java, C#, Go, or Python.
- Willingness to work in person at the office 4–5 days per week.
- Nice to have: understanding of microservices architecture and event-driven distributed systems.
- Nice to have: understanding of machine learning and data.
- Nice to have: AWS experience.
